Thanks! There are some really great looking modules that have come out over the past year. One of the biggest reasons I was anxious to get this one finished, was so I could start enjoying other people's work!

This will be one that I will have to check out as well. And thanks for the props on site activity. It's lonely at the top of the Citadel.

As I said, I was looking forward to checking this one out and so, when I get the opportunity, I will DL it from the Vault.

Oh yeah, do I have to have MotB to play this one? Cause I don't got it. I'm looking for it, though. One of the drawbacks to being off the beaten path and far from tech centers. I suppose I could Ebay or Amazon it, or NewEgg or something like that.

I have to admit, I haven't even played through the OC and MotB's only interest for me at this time would be the new assets that come with it.

Congrats, Dorateen on your Vault submission! I'll get it as soon as I can and run through it. I promise to give it an Old Schooler's review.

best regards,
dunniteowl

Hey, dunniteowl (with a little d)!

I'm afraid that the module does require MotB. I picked up the expansion in the middle of building this mod, and used a lot of its cool features.

Having said that, it is probably worth your while to wait before playing the module. I've run into a technical issue with the way I set up certain speak triggers, in combination with the fact that I made the companions able to be played like PCs. (There's that old school influence...) It has caused me quite a bit of grief over at the Vault.

No worries, as I'm going to fix the problem. And by the time you do play this module, it should run much more smoothly.

Thanks again!

Default Halls of Hamhock Campaign

I thought it would be appropriate to post one more time, as I have just released a new and improved version of The Halls of Hamhock.

Back on page 1 of this thread, when Phoenixus was helping me with the early beta, he strongly advised me on using the RWS Deep Halls tileset. I resisted at the time, for a number of reasons, but now I have finally added this amazing tileset. I wanted to pay him respects as well as the good people at Robinson Workshop.

Now I know that more artistic and talented builders can do a lot with this great content, and I'm really looking forward to see it in jclef's Misery Stone. But even with me own basic set up, the Deep Halls breathed new life into the module. I had fun building with it, and running around the reconstructed areas in game.

The module must now be started as a New Campaign, as it uses the Storm of Zehir features, such as Party Creation, the death/bleeding system, and Party Chat conversations.

Thanks again to dunniteowl and the community here at the Citadel.

Harumph!
